1. Service description

MailChecklist is intended to provide temporary email addresses and an inbox interface. Availability, delivery speed, message retention, and supported features depend on the deployed infrastructure and may change.

2. Acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully. Do not use it for fraud, harassment, spam, phishing, malware distribution, identity abuse, unlawful access, or to evade a service's legitimate security controls.

3. No guarantee of delivery

Email delivery is not guaranteed. Third-party services may reject temporary addresses, and messages may be delayed, filtered, or lost. Do not use the service for critical communications or account recovery.

4. Temporary messages and sensitive data

Temporary inboxes may be accessible to anyone who knows or obtains the address, depending on implementation. Do not use them for banking, medical, government, work-confidential, or other sensitive information.

5. Retention and availability

Publish accurate message and address expiry rules before launch. The service may remove messages or addresses according to the disclosed retention policy and may be interrupted for maintenance or security reasons.

6. Suspension

We may restrict or suspend use where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect the service, or comply with law.

7. Intellectual property

Site branding, design, and software are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Users retain rights in content they lawfully submit, subject to the permissions necessary to operate the service.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Add jurisdiction-specific warranty and liability language after legal review.
