LEGAL
Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
MailChecklist must not be used to facilitate illegal or harmful activity. Users may not:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, phishing, scams, or deceptive messages.
- Distribute malware or attempt to compromise accounts, networks, or systems.
- Impersonate people or organizations, commit fraud, or infringe others' rights.
- Use the service to harass, threaten, stalk, or expose private information.
- Overload, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or bypass technical restrictions on the service.
- Use temporary inboxes to evade legitimate anti-abuse controls or violate another service's terms.
We may apply rate limits, block abusive traffic, remove content, or restrict access when necessary. Publish a monitored abuse-reporting contact and align enforcement with your actual technical capabilities and applicable law.
This policy is a draft and should be reviewed before launch.
